Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

To all members:

Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Exeter Chiefs Supporters’ Club will take place at The Swans Nest, Exminster on Friday 7th November 2025 commencing at 6.45pm. (Before the Quiz Night which is 7.15 for 7.30 start)

During the year, Charlotte Hernandez stood down from the Committee.

One new member, Steve Horder has been co-opted onto the committee and requires election.

All other Officers and Committee remain in post.

NB. Any other items for the agenda must be submitted to The Hon. Secretary (karencleave@outlook.com) in writing at least 14 days prior to the meeting.

Non-members may attend the AGM but will have no voting rights.
