Devon Deaf Rugby

A year ago, the Supporters' Club was delighted to be able to help Devon Deaf Rugby by providing essential training kit.  

I am sure you will be pleased to know that Devon Deaf Rugby have continued to be very successful and now have over 60 players across their Men's and Women’s teams. 

Many of the players had not played rugby before or had only played at club level. In view of this, it is fantastic that there were 14 Devon Deaf players in the last England Deaf squads.

Both the Men's and Women's teams have enjoyed games against other Devon clubs. The Men have played against Wales Deaf and, on 7th June 2025, both the Men's and Women's teams played against England Deaf. 

On 4th of April 2026, the Men's and Women's teams will be entertaining Wales Deaf at Exeter Athletic RFC.
