Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, that we cannot accept the order or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and return any money without deduction if payment has been processed automatically.
How to place order
Click on the ‘Shop’ button to access our product range. Select any goods you wish to purchase and put them in the shopping cart. When you have made all of your selections, you can review your selected items in the shopping cart on the left-hand-side. If you are happy to proceed to payment, just click the 'Checkout' button to be taken through to PayPal, where you can pay for you items. If you wish to cancel the order, just close the PayPal browser window before filing out your details. Once payment is confirmed with Paypal both you and the Chiefs Supporters Club will receive an email notification.
Receiving your merchandise
Our prices are for goods that are collected from Sandy Park, or another place by arrangement. You will be notified when your goods are available. If you require your order to be posted, complete the ‘Contact’ form and we will get back to you to advise you of the cost. We will only charge you the actual cost of postage.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel any order for goods for any reason up to the point where we have started to perform the personalisation of the goods. If you choose not to exercise this right to cancel, the right to cancel is lost. To cancel, please e-mail using the ‘Contact’ form. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us within 7 working days of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract. If you fail to do so, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
If there is a problem with the goods we supply you, please complete the Contact Form and we will get back to you. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the goods shall be returned by you to us within 28 days of delivery. You will then be entitled to a replacement or a full refund if the goods are in fact defective. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Changes to these terms
These terms were updated on 5th August 2011. These terms apply to your order. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
